United Way of Palm Beach County has new CEO

June 1st was Charles Anderson's first day on the job as the new CEO & President of United Way of Palm Beach County. Who is Charles Anderson? He is 56 years old and born in Connecticut and now lives in Boynton Beach. He has with United Way for 30 years. But in his new role he is reaching out to different parts of the community and gathering information. Meetings with stake holders and he has a track record as an accomplished fund raiser and will need to continue that effort in the current economic conditions. When he is not working - he is a NY sports fans - specifically a Yankees fan and a NY Giants fan. He visits the Baseball Hall of Fame each year. His childhood hero was Mickey Mantle.
