Ellie's Catering to operate Library Cafe

September 14th the City Commission authorized execution of a three year lease agreement between the city and Ellie's Catering, Inc. for the concession opeartions at the City Library Cafe; authorizing staff to act as general contractor to construct the improvements and award purchase orders to the lowest bidders per trade; approve a construction budget in the amount of $104,452 plus 10% contingency plus $48 for a total project budget of $115,000; authorizing an interfund loan at the annual rate of 3% authorizing amendment to the City Capital Improvement Plan for fiscal year 2008/2009.
