Links Golf Course #1 in Florida by Golf Digest!

The Links at Boynton Beach was selected by Golf Digest as the Best Municipal Golf Course in Florida. The course operates with out any tax dollars and is a great success. Under the direction of Director of Golf Dan Hagar the links earned a 4 1/2 star rating in best places to play for the past three years by Golf Digest. The links is regarded for its pace of play, value, service and course condition.

The course opened in 1984, and is currently in the process of resurfacing its greens and should move from the temporaries now in use by the first or second week in August. The course has an average 80,000 rounds of play a year. Herb Suss - chairman of the City's Golf advisory board was so proud of the accomplishment that he brought Golf Digest to a city commission meeting and had the distingushed acknowledgement noted for the public record.

The links also has a nine hole par 30 course and dining facilities and pro shop. The course is like a park - and is home to many birds, squirels, and many other widelife of south florida. If you have not been there, then what are you waiting for. - GO Golf at the Links!
