Woolbright Development is in discussions to bring a Cosmetology School to Sunshine Square.
Following a growing South Florida trend the developer is planning continued improvements to the shopping center. So far landscaping redesign and a facade makeover is just about complete. Former tenant Crown Liquor has been relocated and is expected to re-open before year's end.
